FAQ
Short answers to the questions physicians ask before they call.
- Do I own my website?
Yes. The domain, the content, and the site itself are yours. If you leave, you take all of it with you. There is no platform to be locked into and nothing to export.
- What happens after the site launches?
Launch is the beginning. Every month you get a new condition page, four posts on your Google Business Profile, your reviews handled, and a one-page report in plain language that says what changed and why. It all lives in your client dashboard, readable in ninety seconds.
- Do you handle patient information?
No. The contact form on a practice site asks for a name, a phone number, an email, and a good time to call. It does not ask why you are coming, and there is no box for symptoms. There never will be. Medical details are collected by your office, on the phone, the way they should be. We are a marketing vendor, not a business associate under HIPAA, and the site is built so that patient health information never reaches us.
- How fast is fast?
Under two seconds to load on a phone. Google measures this and so does the patient in your parking lot. The scores for this site are on the Work page, measured with Google Lighthouse, and every site we build is held to the same standard.
- What about my Google listing?
For most practices it was set up once by a vendor who is no longer around: wrong hours, no services listed, old photos, unanswered reviews. We fix it and then maintain it every month, because the map listing is where most patients make their decision.
- What does it cost?
A one-time setup fee, then a monthly fee for the work described on the Services page. Plans are custom and month to month; the amounts depend on the practice. Get in touch and I will tell you plainly, without a sales call.
- Do you write blog posts?
Not the kind you are thinking of. No auto-generated filler that nobody reads. Each month we publish one page that answers a question patients in your area are actually searching, in plain language. After a year, that is twelve more ways to be found.
